It is not an opinion — it is the sum of dozens of real questions put to three engines, scored by whether the brand comes first, is listed, is merely mentioned, or is absent.

Because AI models are not deterministic: the same question can yield different answers hours apart. That is why IVIA measures many questions rather than one, and why the trend over time says more than any single run. Any tool promising a stable number is hiding this from you.

No. The technical audit reads only what is publicly accessible, exactly as any search engine crawler would. We ask for no credentials, install nothing, and need no access to your Analytics.

Yes, from the Studio plan up. Set your logo, colours and name, and the PDF comes out as your agency's document. On the Agency and Network plans you can also share results by link, without creating an account for the end client.

No. All prices exclude VAT. Portuguese companies are charged VAT at the applicable rate; EU companies with a valid VAT number fall under the reverse charge, validated against VIES at sign-up; outside the EU the transaction is outside the scope of Portuguese VAT.

Yes. There is no lock-in. A monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time and stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Annual subscriptions carry a 14-day refund window.

You keep read access to your history for the life of the subscription and can export reports as PDF at any time. After cancellation, data is deleted on request; absent a request, it is kept only as long as billing obligations require.
